TV On The Radio
So this week I saw a band named "TV on the Radio" perform on the David Letterman show. Usually I dismiss most new bands I hear because so many these days are just not that interesting. But something about this band really struck me. Maybe it was their energy on stage or just the song itself. I can't say it has anything to do with the lyrics as I never really listen to the words much. I tend to focus on the beats, melodies, etc. Either way, I decided to download the album from iTunes and it's really good. Hard to describe the genre so I won't try to. Highly recommend you check them out.

Cool! I like to post blog entries like this because I can easily pass a friend a link to my entry that has any of my commentary and the right version of the video. A lot of TV content from around the world makes it to youtube.com and usually duplicates are posted many times. In the case of this video if you had just searched for it you might have gotten a video with cruddy audio or a shortened clip, but the clip above was the pick-o-the-litter. You don't get regular large unadvertised readership on blogs unless you
a) develop a reputation for cutting edge hot off the press content. this is usually cornered by sites like engadget.com
b) reputadely provide extremely well written entries
c) repeatedly provide extremely detailed and accurate research. this is usually provided by portal sites for magazines.
I know this was totally off-topic, yes TV On The Radio rocks!
